Colin, lovely man, came and cleaned my sofa and 2 Dysons, very pleased.. Took a little while for sofa to dry out but pleased with end result.

Terry promptly tested the cleaner and ascertained what was needed. He then told me that a part would be ordered and posted to me and asked me to phone the office when I had received the part.
