Excellent service, John was punctual. polite and job was completed without issue, so much so we now organising the home care package for my elderly mum
Paul was so helpful and informative,gave me good advice and explained things plainly.Ive also changed my appliance cover so saved some money
I was not very impressed with David. He really didn't seem to know what he was doing and definitely did not know the product. He did manage to fix the problem however.
The young man Andy was polite and kind he repaired my cleaner in a short time no fuss no mess just got on with the job. I would highly recommend him and the company who i have been with for a number of years
