Paul did a great job organising money back on our old washing machine and securing a quick appointment to have the new one fitted within a couple of days, Lee came out and as ever did a great job fitting the new machine tested and working correctly 5 star service as always

Absolutely great service engineer, all carpets in the rooms were perfectly cleaned, getting up marks & stains that I’d just accepted to be normal carpet markings!

Fridge freezer is now working, Paul arrived early which was a bonus
We are very happy with the result of the carpet cleaning but aren’t happy with the fact we had to move most of the furniture when we were told when we agreed to have the carpet cleaned (don’t worry about the furniture we will move it)
