Yes, Connor was here nice and early, and has done a terrific job of the carpets, he explained everything and all the other products that homecare offer.
Alex was very professional,explaining what he was doing and helped us understand that our vacuum was now obsolete. He gave us a demo of the new hand held vac. Although a price was given we need to do some research before we commit ourselves. He was not pushy.
