First service on my Dibea floor cleaner yesterday, it had a fault with the handle detent. This was quickly resolved with replacement parts due to be sent to me today. Also looking forward to hearing about the scrubbing function once available.Ā

George was very friendly and efficient. Arrived 8.10am . He had to call in to order new handle and filter for my Dyson DC 26 which apparently was a limited edition. He said they will post them for me to fit ( hopefully I can do it as I am a vulnerable pensioner.) He demonstrated new model upright vac and small handheld machine which I was impressed by. Thank you.Ā
