I needed a washing machine repair and an engineer called Lee kindly took the time to explain to me what the problem was and replaced a new part for me resolving my issue. The list below doesn’t have Lee so I selected another name to submit the feedback for him.

Matthew arrived on time explained what he would clean and asked if thyere was anything in particular I wanted done. He was able to remove some stains and marks on the chairs. I was pleased with the result.
