Cyran did a superb job servicing my Dyson vacuum cleaner. He’s polite, pleasant and expresses himself clearly. For me that was helpful as I’m quite deaf. I purchased a light weight handheld vac cleaner for car cleaning and quick and easy use around the house. Cyran is a very able young man and did a good job efficiently.

The engineer that came seemed to know what he was doing. He sorted out several problems, had a pleasant way that put us at ease. We were losing confidence with the company as our appt had been cancelled 3 times.
