Mike was brilliant explained everything fully, very kind and very helpful. All went well apart from it was discovered that my oven needs a new thermostat and company who made the oven no longer make the thermostat and no similar ones could be found, so l now need a new oven. This of course is not Mike's fault he is a lovely guy.

George was extremely pleasant and helpful . He quickly solved the problem with the blockage in our Dyson . He also demonstrated a new lightweight vac , produced by yourselves and because my wife is now disabled and I am finding the Dyson too heavy and unwieldy , I decided to purchase one . Excellent service from George .
