Colin was excellent- he serviced the vacuum cleaner and his assistant ( I’m sorry I didn’t remember his name) made an excellent job of shampooing the carpet . It had blood on it and he managed to get most of it out .
Lee was very helpful and efficient and the oven looks amazing , going to use the oven plan .
