Colin arrived within the time slot I was given and was very efficient and friendly. He got to work quickly and the results are excellent. He also facilitated arranging to have my oven and extractor fan cleaned, by getting Drew on the phone, who was also very helpful and arranged a suitable appointment.

Helpful and informative on telephone. Engineer that came was friendly, experienced and respectful of us and our home. Explained the repair plan and set it up. Only slight downside he arranged with the office a £25 deduction off the price for signing up but when I checked it hadn’t been taken of the end price. Otherwise excellent service and I have already booked further jobs.
