I was without my washing machine for 2-3 weeks as the wrong part came the 1st time but was reordered and fixed as soon as they could fit me in It is fixed now thank goodness The engineer did a very efficient job

The engineer was polite and helpful, he went about his work quietly with confidence. His presentation of hand held unit was very informative. I was satisfied with what was done.
