Gary kept me informed of time he would arrive and when he was on his way. Waited for 4 weeks for new motor for older vac model although I am aware parts are difficult to get hold of. Whilst dismantling, the brush casing split and pieces came away meaning a new section has now had to be ordered. No one’s fault just old age but disappointed I am now in a waiting stage again.. Good service through the years.
