Let me start by saying when we first made an appointment with Deborah Patterson of Homefix Custom Remodeling to discuss a new roof it was going to be just that a discussion. Ms. Patterson was so informative about the product and services that we felt no need to look further and made the decision that evening to hire HCR. I love the quality of work. The issue that I have is the communication between the customer and the company. It bothered me as to why was it so hard for me to contact them after payment was received before any work was started. These days, that worries people. And the most important thing that bothers me is that I have yet to receive my invoice on completed work now going on 2 months. And on that note, how does someone expect a good review? That's bad business.

It has been a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. First, we talked to Chris D., a senior account consultant from Homefix Custom Remodeling. He explained to us in detail our options, choices, prices, and what to expect in the process. So, we agreed on a price after some negotiations, and Mr. Dobbin demonstrated a good will and understanding. Outstanding windows! I hired them after 5 estimates. They were not the lowest price but they gave me the best terms to not grow the job. I had 16 original 35 y/o windows replaced with a good amount of rotten wood. The project manager and his helper were personable and professional and raved about their company. They replaced the rotten wood and had me inspect before the trim wrap. The craftsmanship of the trim work is top quality. They haven’t preformed any work yet, I just have an estimate.
Hats off to Dave and his crew for a job well done!! They were very professional and well mannered. We have been getting nothing but compliments on the job done. The site was so clean my neighbors commented on how they cleaned everything up. They arrived on time and kept me posted on any seemingly problems. My daughter has shown pictures to everyone!!!
