Charlie W. one of the best loan officers, if not the best. Entire process has been outstanding. His performance and attitude are excellent. He was always available whenever I had questions. He was always calm and collected because there were many times I disagree with him. In the beginning, I though he was good, but he is one of the best loan officer, if not the best.

Chuck is the most knowledgeable and experienced loan officer out there I made a mistake of applying for refinancing on several of the generic refinancing websites on a late evening during the COVID 19 pandemic. I had just found out the interest rates were historically low during the pandemic.
