Great Experience with Chris Ross This was third time I've used Chris Ross and I couldn't be happier. He was constantly keeping me updated of the latest rates and what information was required by the lenders. He was always available to answer questions or concerns I had. Best rate, fast, simple, transparent We purchased our retirement home in Northern Arizona, and I thought it would be easiest to work with a popular local lender. Excellent loan officer Chet knew what he was doing, and responded quickly to any questions I had. I had no problem reaching him quickly by phone or e-mail. I was surprised by how easy it was to arrange this loan. If rates drop further, I'll definitely call Chet back to discuss a refinance.
Great Experience I recently just purchased a condo, which closed Escrow on 5/8/2019. My Loan Originator, Chris Ross was awesome. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had as well as keep me in the loop as we progressed in the purchasing process. I really appreciated the fact the HomePlus/Chris worked with the lender on my behalf, which for me meant correcting errors he'd noticed that I had not. I could not be more grateful and happy to have worked with such a communicative person from start to finish!

Amazing Service Ryan Ferguson at lending tree gave us a professional and personable service. It was not only personal it was efficient . There team always seemed to be one step ahead. And to top it all off they gave us an apr rate that no one could beat. Love this place and we will defiantly continue to work with them in the future!!
