Excellent and Efficient! This was my third loan with James and it was smoothest yet. He always has the best loan packages and has always been able to provide me with the loan that fits my needs. Add to that his and his offices efficiency, and you have a very stress free experience. Yes, a stress free loan experience. Imagine. Well, it's true.
The process was VERY fast. We could have closed in two weeks, but we chose to delay it for very specific reasons to us. Their rates were great, their fees were low, and they were very organized and responsive.
John is the definition of professional, responsive and helpful. He answered calls and emails almost immediately, anticipated every possible issue, and completed the entire process in record time. We could've closed our loan in 2 weeks (but we personally delayed it an extra week). I can't think of anything that I could've possibly wanted that he didn't provide promptly and professionally.
