Excellent Service I was a bit apprehensive at first when dealing with HomePlus Mortgage because the rate they offered me seemed too good to be true since their competitors were quoting me a lot more of a percentage. Fantastic! Jenah was great to work with. She was on the ball in every aspect of the loan process. She continually kept me informed and did everything she said she was going to. On the couple rare instances where she was not able to answer my phone call, she returned my call within seconds, not minutes or hours. Professional and result-oriented Tina was spot-on through the entire process. I have even called her on the weekends to get certain paperwork and she would send it as soon as she could.
