I highly recommend Home Plus Mortgage as your home mortgage broker. I worked with Chris and his customer service was top notch. He was responsive to questions that I had and answered the questions in an easy way for me to understand. We didn't close on time but that was due to the lender and not the Home Plus Mortgage people. We had a furniture delivery service that was going to deliver that had to be cancelled by 1 day and Home Plus flipped the bill for that. Again, top notch service
Hi highly recommend Chris Ross for refinancing your mortgage. I've used this company twice and had never been disappointed. Great customer service, explains term in plain English and gives you options to fit your financing needs. Responds very quickly even during off hours and weekend.
