We had a great experience with Home Plus and loan officer Frank Schiefer. Frank was always available to answer questions and helped us at every step. We will be purchasing a second home soon and will return to Home Plus and Frank .
Keith helped us both in securing our initial home loan and again in refinancing when the PMI rates came down. He is quick and efficient and was really helpful explaining all the details so we knew what to expect at all times. We wouldn't use anyone else!
Joe promised a rate of 3.75% with a 30 day closing. Joe delivered. Enough said. Five stars.

I'm very happy with my choice to use Jeff Ludlow and HomePlus Mortgage to complete my refinance. I had a few title issues to take care of and Jeff went above and beyond my expectations to make sure they were handled properly. In addition, he gave me a great rate and terms. I doubt I'll ever have to refinance again, but if I do, Jeff will be getting my business.
When no one else was able to process a refinance for me I went through Lendingtree and Johnathan at Home Plus Mortgage was able to assist me, he was definitely a God send! His team Melissa and Kerri were right on time to assist me in every way possible. In the end there were some bumps in the road but nothing Johnathan and his team couldn't handle.
