Refinanced with complete trust. John Vitale of HomePlus Mortgage made this stressful process a breeze. Mr. Vitale listened, explained & answered any questions throughout our mortgage refinance. John V was very good he did two refinances for me the first one went real smooth the second one the lender was a little tough but John was on it and it finally went thru. I am sure glad that I found HomePlus and worked with John I liked any time I called he answer or he would call me right back. I already told a couple of my friends about HomePlus and I would use them again

James Rotta is amazing to work with. He is very accessible and was always willing to walk me through the steps of the refinance process. I had some complicated trust/title issues coupled with unexpected travel plans which led to some timing challenges. He was able to swiftly get all my documents in order and work with the lender to make the necessary adjustments. The process is never a easy/fun one but James will make it as painless as possible and make sure you're able to get the right loan for your needs
