Many issues. We were told one thing during sales, come to find out we do NOT have the same installation they said we did. We priced out and air handler and two mini splits last year, was told there was a $1000 rebate but if we went with Hyper Heat which was more expensive with an integrated controller the rebate would be close to $4500, almost paying for the upgrade. Contacted Homestead on May 16th with a central a/c issue. Techs arrived on the 19th and diagnosed the issue stating that the coil would need to be replaced. Appointment to replace the coil was scheduled for May 28th. Received notification that one of the techs scheduled to conduct the repair had called out of work and the earliest the repair could be completed is now June 8th. We now have to wait 20 days since the original appointment fo repair. I understand that this is a busy time of year but to me this is a little ridicul... read more
