I had asked for advice on Facebook about leaving a pet overnight after surgery without 24 hour care. My dog came in with what we thought was gas problems and turned out it was a blockage in his small intestine and possibly twisted. We were crying thinking we had to put him down cause we couldn’t pay the 4-6000 dollars possibly at a ER vet to get surgery. We called to tell them we have can’t get the surgery and if it was best to put him down since he was in so much pain. They saved my dog Mortys life and went above and beyond to do so even when I thought my only option was to put him down. I’ll forever be grateful for them and the whole staff and owner. I will never go anywhere else
They were on time and friendly. Doc was very knowledgeable.
I changed vets after a really bad experience at my other vet. My Gracie girl was dying and they gave me so much comfort and always answered any questions I had. When the day finally came, they got me in & Dr. Vance was the best vet & helped me with making that decision. It was the most peaceful experience I have ever had. I’m a customer for life!

We recently switched to Homeward Bound from a very large and well known practice in Baltimore. We have three large breed senior dogs who have some of the usual senior dog issues.
