They only care about the owners not the renters they will screw you over
They will not fix anything. They will not renew leases then keep your deposit.
I’m not even getting half of my deposit back from this place and the apartment had roaches all 18 months I lived here. I cleaned my apartment spotless and reported the blinds that were ALREADY broken to them on my move in/move out and they still deducted. $200 cleaning fee that was UNNECESSARY and $170 for for changing the air filter and throwing out my tiny bathroom trash can and removable curtain rod. Do not rent from them!!
They are rude, condescending and do not care one bit about your welfare and will charge ridiculous fees and say oh well .
So I had my first encounter with an agent (Carrie Eboli)from this company via text Wednesday. I asked her a question which she couldn’t answer and advised me she’s get the information and reach back to me. I followed up 24 hour later (Thursday) with her because I had not received an answer. I can tell you from experience you will save yourself a big headache. They are vary unorganized vary uninformed, unprofessional, unresponsive and will do everything they can to try and keep your deposit. Throughout my college days I have rented from a handful of different companies and i have never had so many issues with any rental company. Proven industry standard bottom feeders. The way they handle business is juvenile. You may reconsider before signing the dotted line.
My parents were looking for a weekend house to rent long term in Oklahoma City because they visit frequently and wanted to have a place here for when they come into town. If you are thinking of renting a property from this company beware. They are extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending in addition they do not care about their renters. I lived in a home this company managed for 4+ years and had to break my lease due to mold from a plumbing issue. They let the problem proceed for TWO YEARS!
