RecommendedMy experience with Homeworx was made positive as soon as agent, Jennifer Taylor, came on board to sell our home. She was very responsive to all concerns and set appropriate measures in place after meeting to discuss the marketing plan, sale price and other pertinent details. I asked if she could sell our home in 30 days and within 3 weeks of listing she brought an offer which led to the sale of our home. I would highly recommend Homeworx as long as Jennifer Taylor is your agent!
I made an error in overlooking my rent after just moving in. It was a bad time for me and they left a past due notice on my front door open for everyone in the complex to see and read my name and the reason for the notice and that I'd be kicked out in a few days if rent wasn't paid. They only care about the owners not the renters they will screw you over
They will not fix anything. They will not renew leases then keep your deposit.
I’m not even getting half of my deposit back from this place and the apartment had roaches all 18 months I lived here. I cleaned my apartment spotless and reported the blinds that were ALREADY broken to them on my move in/move out and they still deducted. $200 cleaning fee that was UNNECESSARY and $170 for for changing the air filter and throwing out my tiny bathroom trash can and removable curtain rod. Do not rent from them!!
They are rude, condescending and do not care one bit about your welfare and will charge ridiculous fees and say oh well .
So I had my first encounter with an agent (Carrie Eboli)from this company via text Wednesday. I asked her a question which she couldn’t answer and advised me she’s get the information and reach back to me. I followed up 24 hour later (Thursday) with her because I had not received an answer. I can tell you from experience you will save yourself a big headache. They are vary unorganized vary uninformed, unprofessional, unresponsive and will do everything they can to try and keep your deposit. Throughout my college days I have rented from a handful of different companies and i have never had so many issues with any rental company. Proven industry standard bottom feeders. The way they handle business is juvenile. You may reconsider before signing the dotted line.
