If you are thinking of renting a property from this company beware. They are extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending in addition they do not care about their renters. I lived in a home this company managed for 4+ years and had to break my lease due to mold from a plumbing issue. They let the problem proceed for TWO YEARS! They blamed everything on the owners of the property and when it came to fixing issues they claimed their hands were tied and they could not force the owners to fix something if they opted out. Very disappointing experience with this company. They told us that they had a lot of corporate relationships and specifically worked with executives who were moving to the area for a job. They made it sound like they had a waiting list of people needing nice houses to rent and told us they could get it rented in 3-5 weeks. They also told us we could rent it for a price that would provide a nice profit for us. It all sounded great!
