Great experience. No hidden fees. Clean car at a fair price & no BS. I don’t know why all places don’t operate like this. Our salesperson Joe was very helpful be sure to ask for him.
Wonderful staff and they do everything possible to assist. I, normally work with Ralph, who does a great job. Yesterday, Nicole assisted me. Nicole was very interested in helping me with my cars issues. Nicole, even, came out to my car and tried to assist me with my Android Auto. She did everything possible to resolve the issue. This is the only Honda service department I will go to for my issues
Everything was expedited and taken care of like we asked. Always a friendly staff, and they always stay in touch with you as to what’s going on with your car! We love going to Honda City for our cars and repairs!

Quick service, extremely friendly staff. will always go here as opposed to other Honda service centers Also special shout out to Cassidy. This time she was my customer service representative. She was amazing and saw my car repair through to the end.

Had a wonderful service experience at Honda city. Staff was professional and courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. No high pressure sell for other services. I trust their knowledge and guidance with my vehicle repairs.
