I had a problem with my 2020 CRV. The battery seemed to loose all charge. I took the vehicle into the Honda City Long Island Service Department. Tom V was great about getting the vehicle looked at and had the battery replaced within 2 hours. He had told me he might not be able to get the car done by Saturday due to the holiday weekend. Bottom line Tom and The service Department went above and beyond! You guys are great! Another happy Honda customer! Great job.
