"First service in my new Pilot" Went to get my first oil change in my new pilot last week. As usual, the service department was amazing! Very professional and accommodating. I have been a customer with Honda of Down Town LA for over 7 years and this is my 4th car. Hands down the best dealership around and why I am a loyal customer. The employees are all well mannered and always make sure the customer is taken care of.

"I had very good experience service department. My cables..." I had very good experience service department. My cables from engine from bitten off of a mouse . nothing was working. It was over $2000 of damages. My insurance didnt want to pay for it. My honda dealer took care of me. I didnt spend a dime. Very friendly and let me know every day ow my car was getting fix.
