My car was towed for service due to theft of my catalytic converter. I was very overwhelmed and upset from the events of the day. Every single employee that I came in contact with was extremely nice, respectful and helpful. Even though as individuals they were not making money off of me because I wasn't buying a vehicle, they all took the time to help with my needs and even took extra time to give me tissues and verbal comfort during this stressful time.
