Experience was great. As soon as I walked in the door, I received immediate assistance. All of my questions were answered, and I was not pressured into anything I did not want. Everyone was willing to work with me, and their main concern was to help me get me into a vehicle.

I purchased my car from Honda of Los Angeles almost a week ago. This Honda dealership was by far the best customer satisfaction service I ever received knowing this is/was my first car purchase. I emailed the internet manager and he gave me a great deal that I could not refuse. I was well taken care of by salesman Mike P. He was honest and willing to answer questions & concerns you have. He was well knowledgable of the car I purchase. I know for sure my next car purchase will be at this dealership.
Juan Salazar in the service department is always extremely helpful and courteous and he had a big part in my deciding to purchase a new vehicle. The sales consultant, David Orellana, was extremely patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. The finance manager, Cynthia Cubero, helped me to secure the financing necessary to drive my new vehicle home.
