Charles Reneaux was very savy about the various vehicles I was interested in. He wasn't pushy and always had a smile on him. I would recommend him to anyone. Cindy and AJ in the finance department were very nice and helpful. Great job Honda of Downtown Los Angeles! Happy costumer.
Though it is located in the downtown area where it is hard to drive around, I found the place and parked my care reasonably easily. I had selected the car I wanted on-line. I was happy that the sales person did not try to sell me any other model. I don't like pushy sales person. Recently purchased my car at this dealership. I asked for a price quote to pretty much every socal dealerships and the downtown los angeles had the best price over any other dealerships. They were all very friendly and helpful. William even drove me to the bank to go get the security deposit. He was very patient and kind. Albert, the finance manager answered all my questions very nicely and explained the payment process step by step.
I was dealing with Mr. Mike Patel. He was great he made sure we had everything as far as water and coffee he was patient with us and kind one of the most honest person there he tried his best to get us into a car.
Mike is one of the few honest car salesman in the industry, but more importantly, he is sincerely a good person. During my experience at Honda of Downtown LA, he was extremely patient and helpful in answering even my silliest questions. If you're ever looking to buy a car, make sure to ask for Mike P. because he will do his best to get you a good deal, which I cannot guarantee of the other employees at this dealership.

I went to the dealership to have a recall done to my vehicle. Nidia helped me schedule my appointment. She worked with my schedule. I was attended at the service drive promptly. I was so happy that my service also came with a CAR WASH!!! I will definitely be servicing my vehicle here from now on.
