The dealer was patient to help me get the best car with reasonable price. Manager was also nice to help, so as the paperwork stuff.
The dealer, E'ero Polus, is professional, but very polite, friendly, and expert everything what he did to get me my new car with trading my old car at the price I satisfied. One of the employees gave me a dozen roses on Valentine's day. Of course, the employees are friendly. Mr. Polus gave me a little time to say farewell to my old car. I left with the roses, new keys, papers, etc., and my big smile. Thank you.
OMG!! The new owner of this dealer made a wise choice by hiring these wonderful employees!! I walked in thinking I was just going to keep my little old car......but the friendliness and willing to work with me of these employees send me on my way home with a brand new Honda Civic 2013 with a big red bow on it!!!! My overall experience at Honda of Downtown LA was positive. The salesperson (Tracie) was friendly and approachable. We were able to negotiate down to a price I felt great about. I didn't feel overly pressured and I felt like I was being met with honesty every step of the way, from the test drive to the paperwork processing where they try sell you add ons. My trip to the dealership to 100% free of slimy salesperson pushing. What a relief!

The car is good and I'm very satisfied with it. The MPG is high and the outlook of the car is excellent. If the car have a 5-year maintanence, it'll be better.
