I was not kept updated on vehicle status. I had to keep calling them to get status even after leaving voice and text messages.

Great work everyone friendly just need to speed up the service for an oil change 2 hrs it’s too long.

Was satisfied with the time the labor was performed but not with the parts pricing. I had to buy the parts though Honda genuine website to save like half the money and just have them install it.
Very happy with the help you provided, thank you! ! Never had an easy purchasing before.

Excellent service from the financial representative on the other hand the sale representatives lacked information and knowledge of the products offered, the add ons and costs associated with said products. I felt, I spent more time than was required to attain the information i had requested which was as simple as a starting MSRP plus cost of the additional items to attain the Built MSRP for car.
