Before going to Honda DTLA, I went to 2 dealerships and none of them wanted to work with me. The car shortage is a thing and most prices were set on stone, not only prices but models, features and car colors. I was told to buy a new car without even seeing the car bc they didn’t have any in stock. Honda DTLA was the only dealership that let me test the car and gave me an affordable price. The communication is not in order, times frame should be more realistic esp for re calls. Also should provide rentals for a 6 hr recall
Over okay service. Wait time was 3 hours long. But I did get a discount because of that.
