Salesman was great and did his best to accommodate me as the customer. In my opinion he really was a "helpful" Honda Guy.

Communication could have been better. I called and received information about a four-hour diagnostic test and scheduled the time that was best for me; it took more than four-hours. I was then told it was going to be a three-day job ( drop off 4/23/22 @8:00am the car was ready 4/30/2022 @2:00pm). After several calls and waiting for a callback I finally asked for the General Manager (David I think) and he took care of everything. abit confusing pricing (was higher than when inquired over the phone). YET it was worth and reasonable pricing.

Overall the selling crew was great. I cannot say the same thing about the finance group. RIZA AMARI was terrible. She tried to bundle me and sell me things I did not want. She said that she rather not sale the car so I had to leave and come back another day with a different person.
The dealership is clean, they helped me, they are responsible and also respectfully and they were fast

The reason I’m giving a good score it’s because the guy on the phone really help a lot. I had a horrible experience with RIZA AMARI. She was rude and yelled at us. She tried to sell us things we didn’t want. She got upset and aggressive when we decline additional fees. She belittle me and handle her self unprofessionally. She mentioned that this are how things are and I should take everything if not she was not gonna sale the car.
Honda dealership went up and beyond to help me with the situation on my car. Thanks to Daniel Araujo and the Honda team.
