RecommendedBest cars & best service anywhere. Very trustworthy. They do it right the first time & no rip offs. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable service department staff. Bought my Civic there new in 2007 & have it serviced there always. It is in perfect shape. No breakdowns ever not counting a dead battery when I needed a new one. Can't say enough about Honda quality & service. I'm betting this car will last me another 10 years because I don't put a lot of miles on it. If I do though it will be another Honda.
RecommendedAs you turn into Ft Myers Honda and drive up to the service area, you are welcomed and met by one of a team of people who immediately greet and welcome you. You do not even exit your car before your Service Dept representative arrives to to take information, your keys, opens your door and brings you inside to have a seat. You are told the approximate time it will take to get the work done. Very efficient. Nice people.

RecommendedI am from KY but I bought an Accord while down here for the winter. I was concerned about titling and licensing it in KY instead of Florida. No problem for they did it for me. I have never dealt on a car so fast in my life. Usually I am ready to go back and forth and back and forth but they took the fun away from me. We agreed upon a price on the 2nd try. RecommendedThey are very organized they get you in and out in an orderly fashion. They are very professional and pleasant. Getting your car serviced can be a hassle but they do their very best to take the hassle out of it. They do good work and I have never had the slightest problem with them.

RecommendedI took my car in for maintenance. I was greeted as if I were family. The service advisor Dave Doden made me his priority although I am sure he had other customers. He informed me it would be a while and arranged for a shuttle to my place of work. He called during the day to let me know the progress and was always friendly and patient on the phone. The service is amazing and easy. Paul Hatcher the service tech did an excellent job on my car and I can feel the difference. Amazing! Polite! Exceptional!
