I love Berlin!!!! He is the most honest sales associate ever! He will work to get you what you want is is the kindest man ever! Service is good, the facility is always clean and welcoming! I will not buy a Honda anywhere else.

I sent paperwork work to cancel service and gap on traded in car it's know been 6 weeks still no refund yet nobody returns phone calls or emails back horrible customer service

It was confirmed why I dont take my CRV to dealer for service. So I decided to take my car in for oil change because I had a coupon. I made appointment and there I went. 1. I was in waiting for maybe 5-10 min and I get call from Honda od Fort myers. I assume it was gonna be service rep, nope it was finance dept wanting to look over my car and see about getting me new one. Evelyn, a service advisor, was extremely rude. When I got out of the car and asked about any specials, she said there is a $20 off special, but I'd have to find it and show it to her. (It's on the dealer's website so this isn't my idea of customer service.) Upon picking up the car, I had to wait 12 minutes before she would come to the desk because she was conversing with the auto glass sales person who was trying to sell window replacements to service customers.
