It was confirmed why I dont take my CRV to dealer for service. So I decided to take my car in for oil change because I had a coupon. I made appointment and there I went. 1. I was in waiting for maybe 5-10 min and I get call from Honda od Fort myers. I assume it was gonna be service rep, nope it was finance dept wanting to look over my car and see about getting me new one. Evelyn, a service advisor, was extremely rude. When I got out of the car and asked about any specials, she said there is a $20 off special, but I'd have to find it and show it to her. (It's on the dealer's website so this isn't my idea of customer service.) Upon picking up the car, I had to wait 12 minutes before she would come to the desk because she was conversing with the auto glass sales person who was trying to sell window replacements to service customers. Purchased a car at Honda of Fort Myers on 5/10. I turned in my leased vehicle from another dealership and was promised they would pay the payoff quote before my next car payment was due. Well, they have been in possession of my Nissan since 5/10 and they have not made the payment and now my account with Nissan is past due. Finance manager, Arlex, texted me and said “It takes 30 days to affect your credit so you will be fine”. made an appointment for an oil change and recalls, show up, of course there's the upsell every time but now they send an email today saying we didn't show for our appointment, recalls were not done, what did they do with the car then? the oil change coupon doesn't cover the oil, that's an extra shop fee, so the oil change coupon turned out to only cover half the oil change cost they charge, then they add in after the total a credit card fee. no receipt given, they email that to you so you don't know about the fee till ... read more
Worst customer service, specially with service department. I would recommend using non dealership place for oil change and regular maintenance. Feel free to reach out to me if you need to know the details.
