⸻ Subject: Urgent: Transmission Issue Not Resolved – Still Under Warranty Dear Honda Customer Service, I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue with my vehicle, which remains unresolved despite multiple visits to an authorized dealership. My car is currently at approximately 98,293 miles and is still under the extended warranty. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for a routine transmission fluid replacement, I began experiencing a consistent issue with the first gear. I returned to the dealership, and they... read more

I purchased a new 2022 Honda accord in dec of 22 and after being there 6 hours with a 3 yr old I was ready to go! They overcharged me a markup of 7995 on top of the vehicle price and now doesn’t wanna help me get out of this inequity they caused… I will never purchase from Honda if fort myers again. They are quick to stick it to you with no lube BUT cant budge on pricing on thier end. They lost a customer today and many more if I can help it

Very deceptive sales tactics. After purchasing a car there, I went over my sales contract. I was buying a car for almost 30,000 and trading in my car for 15,500. I looked up everything on Murphy Blue Book. The deal looked fair. I get the sales receipt at home and guess what; my loan was for 28,000$. I called, went back over the #’s with David. Now it’s down to 25,227. They try roping you into their Honda Advantage and don’t list it in your sales contract costing $ 2999. Another 1947 for their dealer prep and 4338 for their o... read more

Our Salesman was very good. 1. We were not told about the HFM Advantage Of $2,408.95 until after we had agreed on price with him. Not even aware of it in closing with the Finance person. Assistant Mgr came in and said we do it on every car & it is already done on my car. This was alie and the first time in the shop as after we bought the car. 2. I was told the title is an e-title and I need to go to the DMV to get a copy. So, I went to DMV, took a number waited in line only to be told the you, Honda of Fort Myers is m... read more

I was informed of the dealer add on fees, because I asked. They were not mentioned in the ad as required by law. The auto advertised as $12,950 was actually $17,000. This dealer is not the only ones doing this, but it's time to put an end to it. Next, they refused my preapproved low rate financing and I was forced to take their high rate financing. The staff was friendly, however.

Business response:

James, we're sorry if we didn't meet your expectations. Please send us an email if we can go over our pricing with you directly. Sincerely, Michelle, Customer Relations Specialist, mwhidden@morganautogroup.com

My husband and I went to purchase a vehicle with cash in hand. The advertising is deceptive because by the time we sat down to talk about the purchase price, the price of the vehicle jumped nearly $5k due to their non-negotiable fees and tactics. Steve, the manager, came over and looked me in the eyes and said “this is a nasty deal and I’m not taking it”. We walked out, appalled and disgusted. So, because we wanted to pay CASH and not finance, it’s a nasty deal? I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone for a... read more
