Grant provided outstanding customer service as my service advisor. He accurately understood my service needs, communicated frequently, and addressed each item in my annual visit list. My technician performed inspection and repair/replacement needs accurately. Had the opportunity to chat with my sales professional Donnie, always a treat! Waiting area uncluttered and clean as are restrooms. Carfax asks for information on dealership's trustworthy, reliable, and affordable service. This 36 year and 7 car customer says "Yes!"
