The service attendants were kind and greeted me with a smile. Erica was my advisor and she was great! She kept me up-to-date on the diagnosis and plan for repairs and service through text messaging and in person information. The wait I experienced was normal and didn't go beyond my expectations. Repairs were made & 3 days later it wouldn't start.i had to call AAA to come start it. I then found out that it was the battery. So, AAA started it & I went straight to the Honda dealership & I got a new battery. Hopefully everything will continue working.
