The staff at Honda of Fort Worth are very friendly and helpful. I was able to get in and out of the repair shop at a reasonable time. Definitely recommend this place for your business.

Received text from 2 different advisors and neither of them turned out to be my advisor. Tried to follow up and ask about a recall but did not get a reply. Waited almost an hour and according to the app nothing was done to my car yet. Inquired about the shuttle. After finding the right advisor I did get a ride home. Apparently at 3:08 my advisor left a message on my voicemail that car was ready but phone never rang. Voicemail came thru after I called to check on car and shuttle. This is going to sound very petty. Honda did a service on a recall of my Honda Pilot and it went fine. My service advisor came to let me know that my vehicle was ready and that they had just finished washing the car. They did not wash the carmy windshields were even dirty. Petty on my part, yes. But I was disappointed when I was told they did something that they did not.
