Service Advisor didn't tell me until I arrived that they would have to order the oil and filter. I would have gone to the Mazda dealership. Service took a long time. The phone tree to make an appointment is a mess. I don't like getting nickel-and-dimed with credit card fees.

Had a issue with brake fluid reservoir cover was left off a couple of days before I saw it lying on the top of firewall by the driver's side windshield wiper , put it back on but called and made appointment to have the car system flushed. Did not have any break issues service advisor took care of a no-cost brake system flush apologized for any inconvenience And I was on my way within an hour. Things happen we get busy mistakes are made but they resolve the problem and made it right .
