We were very disappointed. They didn't explain everything to us on the purchase. Also we had our CRV delivered to our home. It came dusty and dirty. We purchased the GAP insurance and didn't receive paperwork.
I was not happy with the overall experience because they wasted a lot of my time trying to use their finance company instead of the one I came prequalified with. I ended up buying somewhere else with no issues.
Horrible customer service. We were in the middle of purchasing a car and they sold it out from under us to someone who wanted to use their prefered lender.
Don’t waste your time. They have one price advertised here to get you in the door. Then when you actually speak to someone, the quote you MSRP, and say they don’t know why the price on car guru is 500 cheaper, and that the guy that would know is not at the office. And when you call them on it, they say that their website shows MSRP. Even after you tell them you saw it here on car guru. Don’t bother wasting your time. The dealer just try’s to put you in situations so that they get you to over pay for the car. The first thing that they tell you is that they do not accept outside financing. I already had financing from my credit union and I’m not about to let anyone just run inquiries on my credit report for the heck of it. They say that they have been having problems getting their payments from outside financing. Well, my financial institution does issue Certified cashiers checks. Sales Representative was rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me, irritated that I was looking at other cars and options. I would NOT recommend them based off my experience
Way too pushy, set an appointment without asking me. Probably called 4 times a day for the past few days. Very disappointing
Wife drove an hour and a half, test drive the vehicle, liked it but then the dealership wanted to tack on a $5000 market adjustment... said all the dealers in the area were doing the same thing. We didn't buy the vehicle and are currently working with a dealership that has told us that dealerships are infact adding on market adjustments but not on used vehicles and none should be doing it. They seemed like decent people but won't be going back with other dealers much closer.
Worst car buying experience ever. I love the car, but everything from beginning to now 3 weeks after and I am still dealing with issues as a result of it. I don't ever do reviews but I went out of my way for this. The girl I dealt with over the phone was very difficult to communicate with both in language and contact. Her supervisor when I spoke with him, acted like he didn't even care if I bought or not.
