the dealership was nice, i test drove the vehicle, was ready to purchase, we negotiated back and forth, in the end they couldnt meet my price. they also low balled me on my trade in.
Not real happy with how they conduct business. At least their used car division. Made appointment to test drive Honda Ridgeline on a Friday night for Saturday morning. They called to confirm my appt, but neglected to inform me, they were in the middle of negotiations for the exact vehicle as we pulled up. Absolutely awful salesperson who was the Internet manager called me to set appointment when I arrived he had no clue who I was. Took him 30 minutes to go get car wasn't even pulled around for us to see. The vehicle has been for sale 6 weeks and was completely filthy he apologized saying they haven't had time to detail it yet??? I said well you've had 6 weeks? The sales person, Barron, sent me quote for list price on a used vehicle. I told him that I don't buy cars for list price. He promised me a "great deal" on the same car if I would come in to see him. I took off work to see him and and only thing he could do was offer me the very same inflated list price again. I feel like I wasted my time and his only intention was to get me to come in.
I thought we had a deal with the dealership. They sold the care to someone else at the last minute without telling us. I thought it was very unprofessional.
Very poor communication with sales team.
Terrible communication.
They may offer to match or better a deal found elsewhere but they really don't mean it.
