Beware of this dealership. They try and include bs fees to make more $. Bridge and road fees, non tax fees and my favorite bs fee " preparation fees" o did I mention etch fees & wait for it... Advertising fee.look on utube fees that are fake. They use to double dip in your hard earned $

Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. The sales department provided an attitude of we are who we are and you can take it or leave it. The wanted me to agree to a deal that was very profitable for them, yet was not favorable to me the buyer.

Wanted to purchase this vehicle but none of the salesman would reach out and talk over the phone. All they wanted to do is text over the phone and that was not how I wanted to communicate. I even tried calling the business several times and nobody would even answer the phone.

Dealership does not even offer a 24 hr return policy, most dealerships off that or usually more. As soon as you drive off the lot, you're on your own, for used cars.

I asked them to send me an email of what they had And no one ever emailed me I have had numerous calls from them but I live an hour away . The car I went to look at specifically had bullet holes in it and couldn’t pass inspection ... when I went to see the vehicle the man never came out to greet me after I let another salesman know I was there . I called numerous times and didn’t get a call back from Juan . Wasn’t meant to be . Taking my business elsewhere ...

I was contacted by several salesmen, a sales manager. The Honda Pilot had slight hail damage, didn’t work for me.

I tried to contact them at 2 separate occasions but all i heard was "sorry our pricing is very competitive and there is no room for any sort of negotiation". I requested them then please let the community know that you are a no-haggle dealership, but instead of being polite, the salesperson was so adamant in his approach that he stopped replying me. I cced the general manager but never heard anything positive from the dealership, i realized its the cultural issue then and customers doesn't come first in their books. The wors... read more

Aside from the extremely lowball offer on my trade and the persistent asking to finance thru them. We were done in a fairly short amount of time.

They sold the vehicle I went to see and did not call me to let me know. My wife and I drove in traffic for nearly 1:15 minute to be told it was sold. Poor customer service. Then they acted like it was our fault.
