The people there are very good at there jobs and are fast getting the job done.I think that the service dept is the best around Charlotte I hate Crown Honda so much. But I don't know about the sale there but they may be ok. They have a good set of employee there.

"Excellent service, even picked me up to bring me to the..." Excellent service, even picked me up to bring me to the dealership to get my car after the repairs had been completed. The repairs were compeleted within the time they said they would be done and a review of what was serviced on my car by the service manager was excellent. They made me feel great about the work done and confident that it was all done correctly.
