Just bought a new Ridgeline from Metro Honda. The experience started on line and then moved to telephone. Our salesperson, JR, was always pleasant on the phone and even more helpful once we came in. While this dealer is located about 45 minutes from where I live, I am seriously considering having my service work done there. EVERYONE has been friendly and helpful, including the money man (who was more pleasant, helpful and efficient)! Look, it's a car dealership. They offer an awesome product in Honda vehicles. Its one of the best around Charlotte. Just don't sign anything until you are happy with what they sell you and you will be fine. Read over everything until you sign it. Make sure you don't want the 1,995. extended warranty. Let them know if you want that on your loan or not. Metro Honda took really good care of me. I walked in there after having a terrible experience at a previous dealership and they took me through and explained everything step by step no gimmicks or jokes. My dealer was fantastic and was really willing to work with me and my budget and I drove away with a beautiful 2016 Honda Accord.

Love my 2016 Accord Sport purchased from Steve Hargett. Third car I have purchased from him. He is great to work with and the service dept is excellent However David in finance is very shady as others have stated. He talks non stop and tells you if you buy the extended warranty you will get the free oil changes however you are charged for them.
