It was obvious to us immediately that the sales representative would help us to find a car that would fit our needs and our budget. The finance officer helped us to find a lower rate of interest on our loan than I had been able to find at my bank. All these people made us to feel like we were "special" customers.

When he talked, there was a lot of pride. This is my third Honda. Not only the car is great, but the Service Department is outstanding. The waiting room meets the need of everyone.

He didn't ever try to sell me something I didn't want and came across as very honest about the quality. All of the staff were very friendly - and the waiting area is great because of the magazines, tv and video games.

I loved it mainly because he was able to walk us through the entire process in Spanish, which for my wife is an absolute necessity. "The people that helped me buy a car were great. They..." The people that helped me buy a car were great. They were extremely nice, not pushy, and truly wanted me to have a great experience. They worked with me and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I was able to review and test different cars and models, without being pushed in any specific direction. I was given a variety of options from cars to payment plans. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people when purchasing my car.
