I will always take the almost hour drive to Key Honda rather than one 20 minutes away from me. The crew is always professional and courteous. They explain options, even stating things that may be covered by insurance. They are fair and won't do unnecessary work. My appointment was for just a transmission fluid change, however my battery failed on me the day before and they didn't even flinch when I asked if they could squeeze replacing the battery. 100% recommend Key Honda.

Ask for Jacob, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know their stuff I highly recommend this dealership.

I like to do my own basic maintenance work on my car, but when it needs a bigger job there are two places I would bring it…here and another mechanic. Unfortunately the guy I really liked at that other shop seemingly has left and they botched the last brake job they did for me. So, I’m pretty committed to Key service dept. now.
