This was our first experience with Key Honda and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Kyle and the rest of the staff went out of their way to ensure a smooth experience. We’ll highly recommend them to our friends.
This is my 3rd time getting a new car from key honda of Rutland and I have to honestly say it has been the best experience I’ve ever had. The says guy JACOB O'CONNELL was one of the best I have had mad the process supper easy and a great experience not to say my other experiences weren’t not but this time was the best I have ever had. After being in the most terrifying car accident just shy of 2 weeks ago, and totaling my 2022 Honda Civic I knew who to call. From the salesmen (Kyle), both sales managers (Eric & Ben), and finance wizard (AJ) I can’t recommend Key Honda enough. I was in, and out within 30 minutes to sign my paperwork and catch-up with little miss Sunny (Kyle’s daughter). From working in this dealership, to being a customer, I could rant for a long time. Brought my Honda CRV to key Honda last week and they were booked up but let me drop it off for the day. They determined I had some rust on my brake caliper on one of my wheels and cleaned it up for me rather than put new brakes on that would have cost me some money! They always look out for their loyal customers and that’s why I’ve been buying and getting my vehicles serviced at Honda for over 20 years now.
