We purchased a 2022 Mini Cooper in January with 22000 miles on it and have driven the car not even 300 miles. We noticed that the rubber on the tires were peeling off. We took it to a tire shop in our town and were shocked when they told us that the tires were dry rotted and scalloped and needed to be replaced as soon as possible as it would not be safe to drive any long distances. My wife and I had a terrible experience!! What a bunch of thieves!! All there extra fees that they add on. Plus over selling the vehicle and trying to sound like we are getting a deal and then check the online price its 3,00 dollars less and when we say is there any better you can do The answer was no!! So we left checked online when we found it cheaper when back and confronted the sales rep said let me get my manager lol like he couldn’t handle it himself.

Unless you want to meet every horrible stereotype about a slimy car dealership that is going to trick you, stay away from this place. We went to Honda of Sarasota and they were so unbelievably rude and high-pressure that we were not even allowed to test drive a vehicle unless we agreed to talk to their finance people, which we did not want to do. 😡I bought TWO New CRVs from Honda of Sarasota. The newest one has 2 problems which happen frequently. One is annoying, when the AC starts to blow warm air when it is set on 70*. The second is life threatening when the Dashboard starts flashing then it goes dark. My wife had to pullover THREE times. The New car is under warranty. Yet Honda of Sarasota is refusing to fix both problems for the excuse that they cannot "Duplicate" the problems. This dealership ordered a rim for a 2016 pilot Took just 2 days. However they charged $ 823.77 for the rim. On line a new rim is $ 205.00. It was a 300% mark up at check out luke ferraro service desk stated he saved us money $$. Never go to this dealership for parts nor service guess where they make their $$$$$$$.
We’ve been a customer of this particular Honda for over 20 years, when it was owned by Wilde! I can tell you since they were bought out, the entire staff has changed in their service Department. Their service department is totally subpar. Took my daughters car in for an oil change, which was obviously botched. She brought her car home and we have a oil deposit on our driveway now, they can’t even do a simple oil change correctly. I took her car back to have the service re-done & get her engine cleaned.
