Service Department doesn’t keep appointments and when manager asks for your thoughts on service ( rather lack of service) they make no effort to reply back. Stay away! They don’t care about customer service. Our appointment was for 10:20 and a simple oil change. We were told it would take an hour and half or less. At noon we asked how much longer and we’re told there are two more cars ahead of ours. Really? We asked for our car and will find someone else to do the job.

I bought a car from them in December. The car needed tire sensors, they said they orderd new sensors and would put them in when they got them. My car still doesn't have tire sensors. I'll never go there again.

Yesterday I went for an oil change, that also turned into a tire rotation. I arrived at 10:35 and my car was taken back at 10:45 and I was told it could be 1.5-2 hours max. My advisor checked in with me a couple of times updating me and even told me at one point my car was up on the lift and it would be maybe 15 more minutes. 30 minutes later (have been waiting for a total of two hours at this point) I get a text from the mechanic showing me a detailed video of a few things that needed to be replaced (meaning that my car was... read more

By far the absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman who helped me was VERY uninformed and extremely pushy making several statements to me telling me to “bring your checkbook” and “keep your checkbook close”. When I told him I was interested in a vehicle, that was at the time in the body shop and therefore unable to be test driven, he proceeded to bring me papers and start discussing prices. Was preapproved before we bought our Honda. Daniel ran our credit so much It dropped my husbands points 100 points after we told him we were pre-approved. He lied ran our credit with many creditors.

Highly DO NOT recommend Honda. They never seem to properly diagnose your car. You have to keep bringing it in for different problems they find. They put bad parts into the car and tell you that your concerns of sounds are normal. I have never been satisfied with any jobs done here. Don’t take your car to get fixed here. Dishonest and poor work.

Very disappointed and disrespected. While in service taking care of the charges we questioned why the tires where not rotated as asked. The service rep was explaining why and I politely disagreed stating if you wait until you see the ware it’s too late. As he and I was speaking a lady service rep sitting beside him kept shaking her head no as I spoke and nodded yes when he spoke. I would not recommend this dealership unless you plan on doing all the work for them! Talk about LAZY! Chad wouldn’t even provide me with a quote because I was an hour out of his “area.” I even explained how I selected this dealership because of their inventory and on their lot was what I was exactly looking for. His reply was gather quotes for all the other dealership and give them to him! Wow- so sorry that providing a quote as a sales associate was such an unreasonable request on my part.
