I would not recommend this dealership unless you plan on doing all the work for them! Talk about LAZY! Chad wouldn’t even provide me with a quote because I was an hour out of his “area.” I even explained how I selected this dealership because of their inventory and on their lot was what I was exactly looking for. His reply was gather quotes for all the other dealership and give them to him! Wow- so sorry that providing a quote as a sales associate was such an unreasonable request on my part. Could quite possibly be the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a car dealership.. the salesman Scott who obviously made a mistake did absolutely nothing to try to rectify the situation.. selling Honda’s must be easy . I cannot believe a place like that can sell a vehicle to anybody.
I would not recommend Wilde Honda... I called spoke with Scott made an appointment with him to drive a car at 9:00am drove 2 1/2 hours was there and he said it’s on hold. Someone is coming to test drive it from Jacksonville. I have a text showing we would be there. Spoke to Manager Jay who was useless. Said he didn’t know what happened and Scott would need to call me. Hey Jay are you a manager?? Obviously not!! He couldn’t do anything. Then tells me the car is a smokers car anyway!!! I am sure we can find somethin... read more
I will never purchase a car there ever again! I was misled and lied too! Then made the unfortunate mistake of giving them a second chance. Complete fail again! Done! Done! And Done!

I had a low tire pressure warning come up on my car. My husband took my car down there. We even had them change the oil as well. When we went to pick up vehicle, I was told it was just a piece of wood. The guy made me feel like an idiot. This was on 9/7. Sure enough on 9/22, same warning just popped back up on my car. Guess what it is a nail! The pictures I took from that day back on 9/7 match my husband’s from today. It is a nail and we have purchased the roadside and tire warranty. Update: 5 years later and if I could make this zero stars I would! I just bought a car from Wilde Honda and it has been a TERRIBLE experience, bordering on traumatic! Not only did they not deliver on time, give me everything I was promised until I complained, they registered my tag with the wrong number and now I am getting toll violations and parking violations from Maryland! Love the 2 sales people we have used in the last 10 years. However the service department is the worst experience I’ve ever had the 3 times I’ve used it. So terrible that they have your car a week. I keep calling, they pass the phone to different people then u find out your guy went on vacation. Next person says they don’t have any paperwork on your car and am I sure my car is there. Hope no one expects to go there for service with out an appointment. Just drove over 30 minutes just to be turned away because I didn't have one.
Hands down worst dealership! Paperwork was done completely wrong ended up with a vehicle with a different vin then on the paperwork! Told me because of the mix up the payment would be higher it's been 3 weeks still no paperwork in the mail for the vehicle so if a cop pulls us over we have no proof of anything highly recommend going somewhere else if you want good service because they just don't have it! Would NOT recommend to anyone!
